In June 2014, the ABC Backpack Foundation partnered with Hope for Kasai to send 31 backpacks to children in Mpiana Ntita. Each backpack was fully stocked with school supplies: notebooks, pencils, pens, crayons, and other essentials.
For children at Kabata School, a backpack isn't just a bag — it's a symbol of belonging. It says: you are a student. You have what you need. You can learn.
This donation was part of a broader effort to ensure that every child in Kasai has access to the basic tools of education. We are deeply grateful to the ABC Backpack Foundation for their generosity and for making 31 children's school days a little bit better.
